Carly for VAG is an app designed for VW, Audi, Seat, and Skoda car owners to keep their vehicles healthy, personalized, and connected. Download and install the Carly for VAG app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Great in concept, but still waiting

I paid for the pro version and I bought the this app dongle with the hopes to be able to run/clear diagnostics, reset service warning, and basic coding. Unfortunately, there is very limited functionality so far. The company keeps saying they're about to release more capabilities, but months eventually yrs go by with little to show. Bought for a 2012 Audi A7, but pretty useless so far. No coding capability. Can't reset service warning. It can reset oil service interval, but not impressed as that can be reset easily via dash selections. Was able to run diagnostics, but was unable to identify error codes and could not clear. Thankfully, I was able to use a generic app from the App Store for free to pull diagnostics and clear a recent error. I want to like this, but so far, a waste of my money unless they start producing some actual working functions in the app. No excuse considering it's 2018 and my car was built in 2012.
Was good. Now getting worse

No longer works. Previous version worked, barely and with little features, and still fails to detect known failures I had in car. This current version now, rendered useless as it would not even connect to car. So sad. What's happening with you guys. Your apps and your adapter is hardly cheap. It's fiendishly expensive with these repeated failures. So far this is my third purchase. Overall Apps for Toyota and Mercedes works fine. But this app simply can't get their act together with most of the VAG range. I had issues with the Merc version once, but that was sorted quick enough. But shockingly they can't quite get their heads around the VAG version. I've had the trial version tested out first before, and that worked fine with my ELMs adapter. Later I decided to buy their proprietary adapter, inorder to release more features, and that's when all the crap started happening.
Newer Audi owners still need attention

I have sent multiple app sessions and emails with the same concern. I have not received a clear answer on when the development of the inspection due or electronic brake operations will be completed and available. Customizes are nice to have but I was told the operation would work but I am still with no solution and I have the full version.
Lost purchase after update

I previously purchased the full app and was anxious to use it since I finally got the this app VAG Pro. I connected and made a few changes to the coding. Then I decided to do the update and I lost my purchase history. No it is asking me to purchase something I have already purchased before. Not happy at all.
