Install Rescue Lens app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Rescue Lens"
The search will reveal the Rescue Lens app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Really an asset to support long distance clients that can not distinguish between a network port and USB port. Saves time and frustration on both ends.
Battery hog and annotations aren't great.

App consumed a lot battery on my iPhone 6. Annotations worked ok but didn't really stay in the marked location as advertised. They easily move to another location and could cause a user to select the wrong button, etc.
