Doesn't work!!!
By karenerobinson (Pcmac user)
I would like a refund.
update: I can't get it to work for any setting.
original review:
I am looking for an app that can make a sound after 6 seconds, wait 1 second, and run the same timer again.
I set up a timer to do this in your settings but it just keeps running a timer. No repeating, really no impact from my settings.
update
I went back to try a simpler timer: 2 minutes, no repeat. That didn't work either! No sound, it just kept going when it hit 2 minutes! I set a sound in the preferences and checked to make sure the phone's sound was on. I tried setting it to count forwards or count backwards. In the backwards setting the times just go negative when it passes zero. No sound, no result when the timer finished.
Waste of time, this app DOES NOT WORK.

Good, but not Great
By smartin108 (Pcmac user)
What I like:
Set & save multiple timers
Timers can run concurrently
Count up to target time or count down
Looks nice
What I dislike:
Roller controls for selecting time... just give me a number pad, please
Alert box on time-out... the controls are too small for accurate response in a fast-paced setting
Limited alert tones, can't disable vibrate

By far the best multiple timer app
By CalebKJB (Pcmac user)
This app is perfect. Before, I tried an app called Timers, which was slow and clunky and required more taps than required to even start the timer. the app lets you name the timer and get going with a simple press. I even love the way the timer looks when it is activated. My favorite feature is the Notification Center inclusion.
It may be a limit of the Notification Center, but I wish I could store more than nine timers in the Notification Center instead of having to click "See more..." to access the remainder I've set up. Still, totally convenient and most likely a limitation of Notification Center.
I can easily launch any timers that correspond w/ my morning routine from Notification Center and the timers are activated from there with one tap.
I have tried other timing apps and this is by far the most pleasant looking, simple, allows the naming of timers, and the app is built well because it does not get slow and clunky when you add a decent amount of timers...activation is instantaneous.
I suspect the only reason this app isn't more popular is because Timer is missing from its name, so people aren't able to discover it easily through search. The Sweet Setup just listed this app as the best third-party timer app, it's the best timer period imo.

Getting There
By BouCoupDinkyDau (Pcmac user)
This is a good app with the potential to be great. I usually use Due, but it takes too many taps in that app to start a timer. However, that app also has a lot of great features this one does not, such as an interval alarm system that keeps going off every 1, 5, 15, 30, or 60mins (your choice) after an alarm finishes. It also uses badges, so you can see from your home screen how many alarms are finished. With a few good updates, I could see this app replacing Due for me.
