Install ReaderView app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ReaderView"
The search will reveal the ReaderView app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ReaderView is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ReaderView.
Now enjoy ReaderView on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use ReaderView,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "ReaderView" » then Click "Install".
- ReaderView will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Great app for streamlining and reformatting text in an easy to read way (especially when safari fails). It would be better if there was a way to search the text, and to be able to return to page location when you leave safari for a while and the reader exits.
Rare find - great features

This seems to be a rare find. Allows me to republish an article in good reader view with a unique URL that i can share online. Neatly built app does a fine job of allowing you to save copies of your articles & allows saving in PDF format as well. Wish more people would discover this app & the developer keeps improving the app.
Must-have! Some features needed

-please add text search & copy all text functions. Safari's own reader view often fails to work when an article's html isn't properly structured. This app has much higher compatibility and success rate of extracting the full article. The developer responds quickly to bug reports too.
Polished, simple and cheap

I constantly read articles online but the reader option of mobile safari does not always work. This app works on many web sites and saves my articles for later. Plus I can highlight and even publish online the readable and highlighted articles. Nice!
