Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ChronoClock"
The search will reveal the ChronoClock app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ChronoClock is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ChronoClock.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use ChronoClock,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "ChronoClock" » then Click "Install".
- ChronoClock will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Not Customizable Enough

OK, its, only $1.99. But some basics are missing. My goal was to have a simple game timer. Here is what I need: I set the timer: after a minute, a simple alarm goes off. I set up the next round of the game with the players and start the timer again. So I use the “egg timer” hour glass option of this app. The problem is that when the timers time runs out, the end sound (alarm) just keeps going off repeatedly until you shut them off. So I have to go back to the computer and shut it off manually. I should only have to go back to the computer to start the timer, not shut off a repeating end notice. To Tim, please make this do two things in the settings options. 1. Allow me to control how many times the end sound (alarm) repeats. Make it either just sound once, or allow me to choose the number of times I want it to repeat. Why does an egg timer have to go off 50 times? Once is enough. 2. Allow me to control the duration of the sound (fog horns, in my case) it is too long for my purposes.
Simple and works great.

This app does work as I expected from a simple stopwatch. It has more functions that could be useful. I could not find other free stopwatches (not timers) except this one.
