What is DialReadPad?
This app connects to a Motionics Bluetooth measurement device and allows users to read the readings from any digital measurement instruments from Mitutoyo with SPC output. The app offers wireless Bluetooth measurement device connectivity and real-time plots of readings up to 10 samples/second. It also provides customizable reading decimal accuracy, off-line post-processing plot, and off-line polar plot for runout, surface profile test, and several other applications. The app also offers PDF report generation, including machine image import, customizable report logo, import of reading plots and polar plots, TIR health indicator, custom notes, speech-to-text for notes, automatic data import into the report for the summary of the test, user signature, and wireless printing of the PDF report.
1. This App connects to the Motionics bluetooth (LE) measurement device and reads the readings from any micrometer, caliper, dial indicator or any other digital measurement instruments from Mitutoyo with SPC output.
2. This system allows you to have a wireless bluetooth measurement device and read the values directly from your iPhone.
3. The App requires the bluetooth measurement device to test but can be fully tested with all its features from the "Run Demo" page of the App.
