Install Performance TRIAD app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Per on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Per"
- The search will reveal the Performance TRIAD app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Per is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Per.
- Now enjoy Per on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Per Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Per,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Per" » then Click "Install".
- Performance TRIAD will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Poorly managed

All of the options on the menu open to the same web page. The webpage is not formatted for mobile devices.
The introductory role selection bar has no indicator that there are additional options that can be side scrolled through.
The advice provided for each section is the same generic but proven tidbits that we have always been given, and is very "safe" to follow.
Though these advice section provided the same information regardless of role selected. Though to be honest I only scrolled through 3 of the roles.
Overall I assume the majority of the information you (developer) were wanting to present to users was inside your wide array of options in the menu. As stated in my review intro the menu is broken and the site is not formatted for mobile.
If it is only my device: iPhone 5s running iOS 7.1.2 please let me know and I will change some of the comments on this review.
Sadly these are the quality of products many (Soldiers and civilians) have come to expect from the Army.

Misspelling of title

It seems with the latest update there is a typo displaying the title on the homepage.

Nice looking app

The app looks great but if you follow some of the links you can get back to the app unless you kill the app, a back button would be nice.
