This app can only be used once. Once you click on a publication you will never be able to return to a home page. This may have been a good app, but until they fix it you may as well consider it trash wasting space on your iPhone.

I sure hope there was not a single federal tax dollar spent on this app or somebody should call for fraud waste and abuse. You open a document....ok....now you want to go back to the library of documents! There is no way of doing it! Who develops such apps???
