Install Swann DigiView app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Swann DigiView on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Swann DigiView"
The search will reveal the Swann DigiView app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Swann DigiView is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Swann DigiView.
Now enjoy Swann DigiView on PC.

Complicated

I have installed app since several years ago then I need to reinstalled. But whenever they ask about password and I enter default pw as stated on manual instruction, it keeps saying TIMEOUT. What is wrong? Do you want us to keep purchasing your camera? And you never have chance to read the user views, problems are increasing

Update promised by October 2017...Finally updated May 20, 2018. If possible, app is worse than before the update! I would not recommend buying any the app products!

This system and app are worthless. Every time they update my system it resets all my setting for my cameras. Then when it comes time to try to view an event I have to jump through so many hoops it's crazy. When I do get the event to play back on my phone I can't save it to my phone to send to the police. Are you kidding me?? Also there is no way to just plug the unit in to my computer to save the event that way to send to the police from my computer so what is the point of this system if I can't transfer any of my saved files to the cops when that time comes. I will never buy the app again and now that I have had this unit I can't return it cause it has been too long cause I am just now thank god have had an issue I need to try to send to the police. DONT BUY the app!!!
