Install SwannCloud app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using SwannCloud on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SwannCloud"
The search will reveal the SwannCloud app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SwannCloud is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SwannCloud.
Now enjoy SwannCloud on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native SwannCloud Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use SwannCloud,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "SwannCloud" » then Click "Install".
- SwannCloud will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

✔ Pros:

- Seamless refresh after the latest update

- Ability to view captured images within the app

☹ Cons:

- Alerts do not work on iPhone 8

- Inability to access camera from the app, showing as offline

- Lack of app support for certain camera systems, despite advertising Apple support on the box

Quit Working

All of a sudden I cannot access my camera from the app. It shows that the camera is offline. I tried resetting, unplugging, logging out, deleting/reinstalling app. Nothing works!
The newest update is awesome

The newest update now refreshes seemlessly and can now view captured image in the app. Thanks for fixing the nuisance issues :))
No App Support

Purchased a camera system through Sams Club and come to find out after it’s all installed that Swann has no App to support my system on an iPhone. 400 dollars and I can’t view the videos on any of my apple devices even though box shows Apple support. Ridiculous and very upsetting.

All alerts worked fine on iPhone 6. Now that I have an iPhone 8 alerts don’t work. Uninstalled and reinstalled same.
