To get started, Download the OpenPC software »

Intentionally Manipulated Me

Regardless of all the years this company has been stealing people’s money, it lately started making them sign contracts that they know nothing about. I was visiting Jordan for a month and I purchased a Mifi (Carriable Wifi). I went to an authorized seller and explained my situation and that I will only be in Jordan for a month, signed some papers, payed for my 1 month purchase, and got the Mifi. 2 months later, they informed me that I signed a year contract and that if I don’t make my monthly payments, they will file a lawsuit. The contract wasn’t available for revocation and cancellation would cost more than the amount of payments I would pay in 12 months. I have heard the exact same story happen with a few people I know and that it’s the new way this company makes its money. I highly don’t recommend this company due to their different strategies of scamming people. If you insist on using it, just be extra careful and read every single word on any paper you sign.

Why i should to do registration through the contract number. How i can find if i’m using this number since 15 yrs. simply make it by the number. And for the existing app registered users why they can’t access it. Also the option of disable the wifi and you’ll able to login ; i was using the app through non the app network previously and it was working while moe with update it’s only for the app operators. Usually the user experience is most important than the fancy new features. Really disappointed
App is useless most of the times

If logout sometimes you simply can’t log back in & I test that over the last couple of years (so it’s not new thing after an update), when press continue nothing happened & when you press sign new number either error or nothing & skip is just a button sitting there as a decoration.
App won’t let me sign in

It says I’m already registered, doesn’t log me in even though I have wifi off, and won’t let me sign in or skip signing in. Extremely stressful and frustrating experience. Even back when it would let me sign in, it was nearly impossible to successfully pay my bill through the app which is super inconvenient.
