Lousy App & Customer Service

Great internet but the app app and customer live chat and their system are a big waste of time: They collected payments without receipts and their system is either not good or not right. After cancellation, they did not update their system but only changed my name in their existing record. Shocking! Their app live chat is very, very, very, slow and stupid. Did not answer simple question after asking us to wait for super long time.
Poor app with no support

Ive been almost a year and cant use the app because of wrong mapping, Several times I raised the issue and the response, we will fix it the next update and guess what ? It wasn't fixed at all. Poor application its from poor management direction and poor IT in this company. Being a customer give you an insights that investing in the app is not good idea at the time being. If there is A ZERO rating, be sure that you truly deserve it.

للي اول مره يدخل التطبيق او يطلع عندهم اشعار بادخال الرقم السري بالرقم ان سبق ادخاله .. عليهم اولا تسجيل وعمل مستخدم جديد عن طريق التطبيق ورقم سري يحتوي على حروف كبيره وصغيره و رموز و ارقام. مثل the app@0594 بحيث ان حسابك في الموقع منفصل عن التطبيق For all users who unable to login thru App, you need to register new user for Your number and your account in the app website not valid for use with app. So first step in the app is to register and make new user name, new password and should contain low and uppercase alphabetic, numbers and symbols. For example : the app@0594 Good luck
