What is CWB Communicator?
CWB Communicator is an app designed for customers of C&W Business. It allows users to take control of their office telephony services from anywhere. With this app, users can make and receive calls over WiFi/3G/4G/LTE using their landline number, move calls between their landline, mobile, and tablet devices, add video to their calls, make calls from any phone using their landline caller ID, receive new voicemail alerts, playback voice and video messages, view faxes, view transcribed voice messages, control how incoming calls are handled, sync their C&W contacts across devices, and use IM/presence, transfer calls, hold calls, and conference calls.
1. NOTE: Your service provider may not offer all features listed or may require you to pay additional subscription charges to access certain features.
2. C&W Business does not offer telephony and voicemail services or app support to the general public.
3. Contact C&W Business if you have any questions or to find out if they are built on C&W Business CloudVoice service.
