Continued Improvement Needed
By karmic02 (Pcmac user)
Good on Flow for continuing to upgrade the app and work out the bugs as they come up. The app has come a long way. However, like other reviewers, I’ve noticed that with the latest version I’m not able to see an overview of the app usage. The preview screenshots in the App Store show diagrams that indicate how much minutes, data etc is left. However in the app app I am only able to see individual usage activities, not totals. This is not useful to me as a user looking to check the app remaining data or minutes for the month (I could see it being useful for bill queries). The current usage page also never loads. Please keep improving and fix these issues also.

Many of the options do not work
By Genesisdancet (Pcmac user)
While I love this app for the payment option, other aspects do not work. I cannot switch to other phones on the account to check their usage. I cannot switch to another account although it is linked. I cannot sign in using a mobile number. Please fix!!!

Falling flat
By Kurtodavis (Pcmac user)
I was liking this app until the negatives just overcame the positives. It’s good to monitor usage and bill balances. Used it to make payments though it would be better if card details could be stored in the app. Most perplexing though is the difficulty in logging in. Pure troubles. After many attempts you may luck out and get in...thank god it then works with Touch ID. Biggest trouble now is that one account seems to have fallen off the app and having logged out to try logging in again to see if that fixed it I’m unable to login at all. Alas! Serious attention required.

No problem, really
By Smunch ski (Pcmac user)
the app expectations for this app were low. I’m not experiencing any difficulties. I only need the app to check the app usage balance, so I don’t go over on the app allotted minutes, and to view statements and history. It does all of that just fine. I can navigate it easily. So I have to give it a 5. For me, it does all that I want.
