1. Insert a text in English and have it read aloud in English.

2. Insert a French text and have it read aloud in French.

5. Right click it and you get a new menu entry "Speek -- text".

6. E.g. you highlight text in Safari.

7. - Support for keyboard shortcuts: keyboard shortcuts are assigned to the most important functions.

8. All languages installed on your system are available.

9. - Choice of different voices in different languages.

10. - Assistance with system services.

Install Speek app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Speek"
The search will reveal the Speek app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Speek is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Speek.
Now enjoy Speek on PC.

A small and interesting app

I did not expect much from this app, and it is quite a good app but besides speaking text there is not much more left in this app.
