Install xPrintServer app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using xPrintServer on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "xPrintServer"
The search will reveal the xPrintServer app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once xPrintServer is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including xPrintServer.
Now enjoy xPrintServer on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use xPrintServer,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "xPrintServer" » then Click "Install".
- xPrintServer will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

- Works great and allows you to update server firmware without a desktop computer

- Easy to use and makes printing from an iPad or iPhone very simple

☹ Cons:

- Requires an xPrintServer to work, which may be an additional cost

- The app is not maintained and still uses a pre-iOS 7 theme

- Gives non-descriptive errors when trying to view anything in the app, which can be frustrating for users.

While the app is useful, it highlights my concern of all apps, that they aren't maintained. In this case, this app is still using a pre-iOS 7 theme.

This app lets you administer a Lantronix print server which turns regular printers into AirPrint capable printers. This app works great, even allowing you to update the server firmware without a desktop computer! Update server firmware with your iphone-- that's a first. Try the server, try this app, you'll like them both.

If you want to print from an iPad or iPhone, it doesn't get much easier than this! Note: this app requires an this app; it won't work without it.
