Download and install the D-ViewCam Mobile app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using D-ViewCam on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "D-ViewCam"
The search will reveal the D-ViewCam Mobile app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once D-ViewCam is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including D-ViewCam.
Now enjoy D-ViewCam on PC.

To get D-ViewCam on Windows 11, check if there's a native D-ViewCam Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing D-ViewCam:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "D-ViewCam" » Click "Install" to install D-ViewCam Mobile
- D-ViewCam Mobile will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Configuration of the camera is more like a test of your obscure networking knowledge. It can't find your camera for you. It has no idea what settings to use for connecting. Do you know the network streaming and playback network ports for your camera (which, by the way, here is called a 'server')? Guess and enter something wrong? Fail dialog with no help. The built n manual covers on the basic steps. No reference information on settings. No troubleshooting.

Great app and tool I’ve been using for almost 4 years. When can we expect an update for the latest iOS? Currently it crashes on iOS 11.0.

Keep getting a network server error after entering the correct IP address . This security system is the worst! They aren’t listening to our cries! Back to the store you go trash camera and App!! -5 stars from me.
Worst customer experience I've had in a looong time

I bought the camera the other day (DCS-930L) and noticed that 1-the website won't actually send the registration email to verify your account 2-the website won't work on my Mac. 3- phone support told me to download this app, which was not mentioned in the documentation 4-this app makes no sense and doesn't work. I spent 28 minutes on the phone with the guy on support when he finally said at the end "oh, none of this will work until January 2nd." Worst product experience I've had in a long time, and I'm not a person who gets mad easily at all
