Install QRS Mobile app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using QRS on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "QRS"
The search will reveal the QRS Mobile app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once QRS is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including QRS.
Now enjoy QRS on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use QRS,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "QRS" » then Click "Install".
- QRS Mobile will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

- Limited functionality, cannot monitor users or clients, check speeds, or do advanced setup

- Incompatible with some devices

- App only useful for initial setup, all other configuration must be done through a computer's browser

- App may get stuck in a loop of discovering the router and running through the configuration repeatedly.

Not Useful at all

This will help you set up your router initially but does nothing else. You can't monitor users or clients, can't check speeds, can't do any advanced setup, can't make any changes . . . basically you use it once for a simple configuration then you have to do all other configuration from your computer's browser. It's pretty disappointing compared to what every other company has to offer.

I was able to use this to initially set up my DAP-1330. The extender was plugged into a wall about 10 feet from the router. Nothing could get online through the extender, so I fired up the app to see what was wrong. Now it gives me the message about it being incompatible and to download the latest firmware. No, I think I’ll stop wasting my time on this garbage and stop buying D-link.

I set up the router first then downloaded this app. All it does is attempt to setup the router configuration again. If you run through the whole configuration though, it will just end up back at discovering the router and running through the whole configuration again and again and again and again...
