What changed?
By Pajpatty (Pcmac user)
I loved this app when it was first installed. It allowed me to view my home while I was away. After a recent software update to iOS 8.1 on my iPhone, I have lost the ability to view my home alarm video cameras when I am offsite. My bookmarks disappeared for both onsite internet and offsite internet connections. There are blank spaces where the bookmarks were listed prior to updating my phone. When I touch the blank spaces the app goes to 4 camera split page but freezes at that point. The app freezes at random times on random pages and won't allow me to access the pages necessary to restore the app to proper working operation as setup by my alarm company. Is it the update or the app? Any help out there?

Need better play back
By Extrachuy (Pcmac user)
The app is great and works to watch my home while away for work. Wish it had a better playback feature or controls to review data. To review past days of information, one has to select the dates and windows of time, there is no fast forward or rewind controls; just select back and forth until you find the data you are looking for. Could be developed better with that in mind.

Os8
By Btrdan5876 (Pcmac user)
I upgraded to os8. My bookmarks are still there but have no text. I tried pressing the one I use a lot and I got picture but still no text even with the latest os update. And it looks like Honeywell is not going to make any changes to the app. OS 8 has been out for a while and they haven't done anything to make their program work with it

So far so good
By Tecnewb (Pcmac user)
I've had this app for about seven days and I have found it to be very user friendly. The only issue I have is that there is no app for the Mac platform. I hope this is something that will be developed soon. Also, I have eight cameras and it would be nice to have a scroll feature between camera views.
