Install AdvancedMD Mobile app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using AdvancedMD on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "AdvancedMD"
The search will reveal the AdvancedMD Mobile app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once AdvancedMD is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including AdvancedMD.
Now enjoy AdvancedMD on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use AdvancedMD,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "AdvancedMD" » then Click "Install".
- AdvancedMD Mobile will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

The app is better than the cpu program. More functionality and less time wasted.
Messages don’t come across

Up until the last couple of updates this app worked fine. Then all of the sudden the messages stopped coming across. It would notify me that I had messages, but when I went to check them they would not load. This issue has still not been fixed. I have to delete and re-download the app every 24 hours and that is not only inconvenient, but also very annoying. I have seen other comments about this issue, but still no resolution. This needs to be fixed immediately.

I have been using this app for a little over 2 years now, with no problems at all. All of a sudden, my message feature is not updating as of about 10 days ago. I primarily use the app to check inter office messages and view patient appointments. I reinstalled the app, to no avail. Any ideas how I can fix this?
