Member card
By JustCJ (Pcmac user)
I like that the member card is available through the app. Just in case the card was forgotten at home or work. And see a process of a claim.
The one thing I would like to see in a next update, is the option to put my member card in the Apple Wallet on my iPhone. The other 2 apps I have for dental and eye offer the option.

Cannot even access!
By getthisbabyouttame (Pcmac user)
I can’t even log on! It keeps telling me to “log into the online experience to validate my email address,” but I cannot find anywhere to do this. I can successfully navigate the desktop site (except the part where I’m supposed to validate my email, I guess) but I can’t get into to app.
There’s no tech email or anything to contact for help so I’m just going to complain [review] loudly [poorly] until someone responds to my problem, as is the American Way.

Needs improvement
By WeatherNut04 (Pcmac user)
Since this is a new App I’m expecting some growing pains; But the layout doesn’t work with the iPhone X users. The home buttons appear under our phones home button, triggering the keyboard to appear every time we try and navigate the menu. Annoying and frustrating.

No settings
By Canoe22 (Pcmac user)
Was forced to get a password from customer service(app wouldn’t register with my password choice) and now I cannot change it. There’s not options in the app or settings page. Lame!
