Install AdvancedMD Telemedicine app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using AdvancedMD Telemedicine on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "AdvancedMD Telemedicine"
- The search will reveal the AdvancedMD Telemedicine app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once AdvancedMD Telemedicine is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including AdvancedMD Telemedicine.
- Now enjoy AdvancedMD Telemedicine on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use AdvancedMD Telemedicine,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "AdvancedMD Telemedicine" » then Click "Install".
- AdvancedMD Telemedicine will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

This thing is a glitchy mess

I showed up on time for my appt, and sat in the waiting room, my doctor office secretary called after 15 minutes because they couldn’t see me, worked after a restart, but apparently my doctor switched to using zoom the following week.

Bad service

I downloaded the app and showed up at 2 pm my appointment time. I received a notification which was tiny to hear at 2:50 notifying me that they see I’d logged in at 2:59 and the doctor could only see me now in breaks between other patients.
They wasted 2 hours of my day. They need a better system if it can’t recognize when I logged in to their “Waitkng Room” on time and only notify me an hour later that they finally “see” that I’ve logged in
