What is FortiClient?
It is nothing of a surprise to Internet users today that anyone would want to protect their movement online as it seems every top site or application is trying to get access to everyone's data. It is even less surprising that there are so many VPN applications in the playstore. There is no reason not to use them if it'll help achieve our goal.
That's the singular reason you should try out the FortiClient Vpn app which lets you create a safe Virtual Private Network connection with the help of IPSec or SSL "Tunnel Mode" between your device and FortiGate Firewall. This connection that will be created will be completely encrypted and all the traffic will be sent over the safe tunnel.
In case you were wondering, it is Free. It is quite easy to use and supports both SSL and IPSec VPN with the support of FortiToken. But let's get one thing though; Eventually though it is a free app, it's always great to upgrade to a premium version. Upgrading is always a good idea as it brings better features to the user. You should try it out.
FortiClient has over 13,005 reviews (a lot of 4.5 out of 5 ranking) and up to 1 million plus installs on the Playstore and this is a decent number of people when you consider that there are people who have never used VPNs a day in their lives. Since there are so many VPN app options to those already using VPNs, it's awesome that you found and are reading this right now.
Features
- It has a simple and fine UI.

What is FortiClient VPN used for?
Well first of all, you should get this app because so many people aren't using it. They will make the effort to enrich its usage in order to attract even more users. You do not want to lose out in that. Then if you're Korean or Japanese, you have language support. That's a good perk as you don't have to use English if you can't or don't want to.
Let's say you decide to upgrade to FortiClient - Fabric Agent, you get to enjoy even better advanced usage of the features and great technical support. You want to get the best out of every paid service and you will get just that with Fabric Agent.

Works ok but causes WiFi issues
By Dbsguru (Pcmac user)
On my iPad Pro 9.7 and iPhone 7 Plus running latest iOS, I will randomly lose WiFi. It’ll say it’s connected In settings but the WiFi symbol does not show up. I thought it was a fluke and didn’t put two and two together that it happens after timing out the SSL VPN connection. I used to reset network settings to fix it. I just now had the issue and thought hmmm I was just using the app when my iPad died. I uninstalled the app and WiFi immediately started to function properly with the WiFi symbol appearing now.
Overall it’s a good app - easy to use, intuitive, and simplistic. I mean, you need it regardless in order to use the fortigate ssl vpn.

Wow! Super Easy. Fast connecting, Fast & Stable connection
By Duhhhh urrrrr (Pcmac user)
I downloaded this app and I was fully prepared for a battle. NOPE! Setup is a breeze. Connection are stable and fast. Logging in only took about 10 seconds at most. Now part of the apps success depends on the other end of the cord but not to brag... But our's seems to be working great! I am interested in the web filtering so if anyone has used it, I'd be interested in how it went.

ANNOYING
By Kediaku (Pcmac user)
Need to input password everytime and its a waste of time and troublesome. Better replace password with touch/face ID for faster login. Simplify the login process... i.e one the app is click and load straight away request for touch/face id. Its more secure and its our hp anyway.
Unable to toggle on/off the save password button, whats is the point of having the save password button in the first place??
