Install iFileSplitter app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iFileSplitter"
The search will reveal the iFileSplitter app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once iFileSplitter is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iFileSplitter.

It doesn't work

It just gives an error message "(null)" and fails. What a sucky program. I'm now afraid it's malware or something.
Useless app

It does not work as described, in fact it does not do anything! Not worth downloading.
