What is Mi Telcel?
Mi Telcel is an app designed for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch users. It allows users to perform transactions related to their Telcel line from the comfort of their device. The app is easy to use and is suitable for both Plan de Renta and Amigo de Telcel users. The app has been updated with a new and improved interface that is more intuitive and user-friendly.
1. En la pantalla de inicio te presentamos la información más relevante de tu línea, conoce tu saldo y tu fecha límite de pago y paga tu factura con tarjeta de crédito o débito.
2. Dentro de la sección de “Servicios” puedes también recargar saldo, contratar tu paquete ideal de Internet, administrar tus números gratis y frecuentes, y consultar tus suscripciones de Telcel y de Terceros.
3. Dentro de la sección “Servicios” puedes dar de alta y/o baja Servicios Adicionales para tu línea, activar con costo paquetes Más Megas o Viajero internacional.
4. En la sección “Inicio” te mostramos la información más relevante de tu línea, puedes contratar un Paquete Amigo Sin Límite, y si ya tienes uno activo, te decimos cuál es y los MB disponibles.
5. Consultar el detalle de tu Consumo de Internet y administrar tus paquetes contratados, recargar saldo a amigos y familiares con tu tarjeta de crédito o débito.
6. Realiza las transacciones de tu línea desde la comodidad de tu IPhone,IPad y IPod touch, sea que cuentes con Plan de Renta o Amigo de Telcel.

8. Consulta sin costo el detalle de tu saldo, recarga saldo con tu tarjeta de crédito o débito.
9. Consulta tu Consumo de Internet, contrata y administra los paquetes Más Megas.
