Install OptimPrefs app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "OptimPrefs"
The search will reveal the OptimPrefs app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once OptimPrefs is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including OptimPrefs.
Now enjoy OptimPrefs on PC.

Airplane mode does NOT disable Bluetooth

I purchased this product with the hope that the product would let me turn off all emissions (WiFi and Bluetooth) with one action. The presence of both the WiFi and Bluetooth icons on the menu bar in the screen shots further convinced me that this would indeed work, as did the “What’s New” message about “Ready for macOS Sierra.” Unfortunately, this utility does not function as a simple “Airplane Mode” utility. Bluetooth remains active. A waste of my money. Will change my rating if/when there is an update that corrects this problem. MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015) macOS Sierra version 10.12.4
Great app to have if you work in several places

I love this app! I use it to switch between some fairly complex network setups when I’m visiting different offices. Rather than have to reconfigure my network every time, I just choose my custom setup for that particular office and I’m off and running in about 30 seconds. It’s one of those bargain apps that you wonder how you lived without!
