Install Paint app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Paint"
The search will reveal the Paint app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Paint is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Paint.

For a free app, ads are needed to pay for developers' works, complainers! Many good functions & effects! If out of color options, there is still the option to create colors, so is O.K. Kids love it.

I just downloaded for a moment to do some terrible meme-ing. It has a save option but it flips it horizontally and vertically. Not the worst to fix but annoying that I would have to fix it at all. At least taking a screenshot was even funnier for my purposes.

Small color palette with only bright, garish colors, that sparkle effect when you draw, “Jigsaw HD”, and a sample drawing that says “weed.” XD really? This is clearly a children’s app but it’s a rather poor one. The reviews speak for themselves.
