Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using Touch on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Touch"
The search will reveal the Touch app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Touch is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Touch.
Now enjoy Touch on PC.

✔ Pros:

- Crashes instantly when selecting entire folders or dragging and dropping folders

- Touch button has a pop-up with two choices instead of one function

- Creation dates are not always modified even if selected

- No option to touch dropped files

- Does not work on folders under /tmp in El Capitan

- Some users may have difficulty getting a refund

Very useful, when not crashing

This is an app that is great for changing the date and time stamps of files, without having to go into the command line and remember the syntax for the this app command nor type long paths for the target files. However, while I can select individual files and it works well, when I select entire folders, even those with no more than two or three files or when I try to drag and drop folders it crashes instantly. I am running the latest OS X and version of the program. So, when not crashing its great. But 50% of the time it just bombs out and crashes on folders. I hope the developer will fix this and update the program, because when it works its a very useful app, well though out with lots of selectable options, and well designed with an easy to use interface and good feedback when the file dates are changed. Fix the crashing and I’ll be happy to update this review and it would be worthyt of another star.
Needs Polish

Great app in concept.. Needs polish/debugging to make it a seamless part of my development environment: 1) The this app button should do ONE function, not a pop-up that gives me two choices. Add a this app selected button. 2) The creation dates are not always modified even if selected 3) The App needs a "this app Dropped Files" option. I just want to drag n drop the files on the App to have them touched. These annoyances keep sending me away from using the App and use the this app interface in Pathfinder instead. Fix these issues and you get a 5 star review.
Didn’t work

Tried to use it on a folder under /tmp in El Capitan. Didn’t do anything. Wish I could get my money back. How did Apple approve this app?
