Software Features and Description

1. “My favourite feature is the slider under the clock display that allows you to scroll time forwards and backwards on all the clocks.

2. • Travel through time using the slider at the bottom of the window, so you can easily figure out the best time to set that meeting with the overseas office.

3. Rogue Amoeba has developers in five (!) different time zones, so it can be difficult to keep track of what time it is where.

4. “Clocks has a great icon and a clean & simple UI; it also has a great color scheme and is very OS X like.

5. “Nice, minimal, one thing well, world clock app for your menubar.

6. “As well, a handy little utility for the Mac has caught my eye.

  • Doesn’t allow you to see more than one day ahead

    By Wanderfire (Pcmac user)

Not very useful for planning meetings for attendees in multitple time zones. I’m looking for an app that allows you to plug in a future time and date and see what time it will be for multiple meeting attendees. I don’t find the slidebar very user friendly. This app doesn’t allow you to ask and answer the question, "If I want to schedule a meeting next Wednesday, at 11AM, what time will it be for my attendees in Nashua, Iowa and Doylestown, PA? I want to know if it will cut into their lunch time or or commited times that they have locked in. All this allows you to do is see partially into the next day using their slider. It could be better. I do like the feature where you can change names.
  • One of the few App Store purchases I use every day

    By mikebenda (Pcmac user)

I’ve bought a lot of apps here and most of them I’ve either deleted or they remain on my computer and are rarely used. This one, however, I use every day to keep track of the time where my friends in other time zones live. It’s simple and elegant. It never gets in the way and has no annoying bells and whistles.
  • I Think It’s a Must Have App

    By DepressedPainter (Pcmac user)

I was looking for something where the this app stayed viewable on the desktop and this doesn’t do that, but the icon lives permanently in the top menu so I found it super easy to use anyway. I found out about it from Cult of Mac website while searching for a way to keep track of many time zones at one time. It is one of the most useful apps I own.
  • Exactly what I needed

    By DreMan24 (Pcmac user)

I tried several others first, then found this. Needed to keep track of local times in various areas for work. This does this trick and having in the menu bar makes it easy to refer to. Well done!
