Software Features and Description

1. The nfo text can be exported as HTML or unicode TXT, so it can be viewed on machines that don't have QuickNFO installed (via the File -> Save To command).

2. The QuickLook feature is automatically activated if QuickNFO is defined as the default program to open nfo files.

3. In contrast to other nfo viewers, QuickNFO does not require font files or anything else to be installed.

4. In addition, QuickNFO provides a QuickLook plugin that previews the file contents directly from the Finder.

5. QuickNFO is a simple viewer application for .nfo files.

Install QuickNFO app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using QuickNFO on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "QuickNFO"
The search will reveal the QuickNFO app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once QuickNFO is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including QuickNFO.
Now enjoy QuickNFO on PC.

Great app.

Summary: 5 stars, it works and works right every time. No more, no less. Pros: Very small app, no extra features, does exactly what it says it does and does it right, there is an option in the preferences to quit the program upon window close. Works perfectly. Cons: Two dollars just to read NFO files? Most people don't have a need for such a app and those who do will have to pay.

It's nice and simple, but the quicklook feature is rather slow. It's faster to just open it with this app. To it's credit, it does open fast though.

i was expecting the nfo's to pop up in QuickLook, just as the app info said… i was very disappointed when i spent $2 buying an App that doesn't work on Lion… maybe an update will be available for us, but until then, this was a waste of my money
