What is myWorkTime?

MyWorkTime is a time tracking app designed for consultants and freelancers to keep track of their clients, projects, and tasks. The app records every hour, minute, and second worked on a client or project, making timesheets and time tracking simple. The app offers multiple work timers, unlimited clients, projects, and tasks, and the ability to add work notes to remember all details for your timesheet. The app also allows for exporting timesheet data via email in text or CSV formats and supports 113 currencies.



Software Features and Description

1. Billing Time Interval, Work Time Rounding, and Hourly Rate can be overridden at Client, Project, and Task level.

Download and install the myWorkTime app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

  3. Using myWorkTime on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "myWorkTime"

  1. Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
    • Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
    • After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

  2. For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
    • Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

  3. Installing myWorkTime:
    • Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.

    I needed an way to track the time I was working on several projects. After trying several apps this one had the features I was looking for and was set up in a way that made sense to me. I was a little hesitant to buy it because of some negative reviews. So checked the developer web site where I found out that they had fixed these issues. So I got the app and couldn't be more pleased with it. ^_^

    This application is full of features that allow you to do just about everything except for two vital functions: delete projects you've set up, and show / print / or email bills. Oh, it lets you email the data in csv format, but why would I want that. In csv format, I've gotta take the data and then plug it back into a database. BIG oversight! Can't delete projects ... BIG oversight! And then there's just too much going on. I don't care for the complexity of the layout. There are six individual windows laid out left to right and top over bottom. It DOESN'T FLOW well and doesn't work well on the eyes or for organization. Oh well, at least I only wasted 3 bucks on it.

    Just bought full version after using lite, I'm a big time odd jobber so it helps me track every person and every task with a dollar value for my time to match. It also makes itemized lists for my bills. Hasn't ever crashed, haven't exported anything yet but after trying tons of time card apps this is my favorite for sure. Very easy to work with ... This is my second review after using the full version for several days. At first it was hard to see how to get the info and tracking from the lite version into the paid version which allows itemized printouts for my bills. I was able to do it using Dropbox and google drive all from my phone. Maybe there's other ways but that is why my rating remains at 4, this should have been a single button ores in my opinion, however ALL my info is intact, just had to move some files around. Again, I COULD have used a desktop but I wanted to see if I could do everything from the phone. Even still looking at other apps; this remains the best yet.

    I have yet to figure out how to delete a task or a delete a project. This is a glaring omission equivalent to no delete or backspace key on a keyboard. If it can be done there are no cues in the app itself about how to do it.
