What is ROG iDirect?

ROG iDirect is an app that allows you to remotely control, monitor, and overclock your computer's settings using your iPhone or iPad. It works with selected ASUS Republic of Gamers motherboards that have a built-in Bluetooth module. The app provides real-time system information, critical part's temperatures, voltages, frequencies, and fan speeds on your PC. It also allows you to remotely restart and forced shut down your computer.

Download and install the ROG iDirect app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ROG iDirect"
The search will reveal the ROG iDirect app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Before using the app, you need to download and install ROG iDirect on your iPhone or iPad, download and install PC Client software on your computer, and set up the connection between your computer and your iPhone or iPad. You can make the connection through Bluetooth, USB Cable, and Wifi. To use the latest version of the app, ensure that the latest ASUS Mobilink is installed on your computer, and that you have subscribed for a 3G and Internet tethering services for your iPhone from your mobile service provider.

Very useful app for overclocking without continually going to BIOS

Some have said this app is difficult to use or will not connect. My experience has been very different. Connection via wifi was instant, just typed my computers network IP address and it worked. Plenty of system info is available, temps, fan speeds, etc. Most of the OC settings I need are there and using the touchscreen of the iPad makes it a breeze. I highly recommend it.
Not supported after Extreme 3 boards!!!!!

This is stupid I don't see why even have the app up here if it's no longer supported. For those who blew the cash on one of Asus' very pricey extreme boards they really don't take care of their products features very well. Anyhow don't waste your time with this if you have an Asus Gen IV board or later. Next mobo I get will more than likely be MSI.

Old and outdated

Doesn't work on iOS9. The app loads but letter ally doesn't do anything. Time for a refresh. They've been on this same version for a couple years. Don't get this app until they update, if they update it. Common ASUS. You're better than this.
