Doesn’t work correctly on iPhone X

App doesn’t work correctly on iPhone X. They need to test their products and functions on popular phones. If you try to set up an account on the iPhone X you cannot go through the whole process because the app has many bugs. Also if you use another device or computer to sign up, then use this app on the iPhone To reload via credit card there are more bugs in the drop down menus when you cannot select any amount and go through the process. Bottom line. Major Issues for years on iOS. Any very little support or fixes.

The app doesn’t work. It won’t allow me to register. It keeps telling me there is an issue with the phone number. If I try to check the app account by turning off the app WiFi it doesn’t do anything. Thankfully I’m only using this company for two weeks is the only redeeming part.
Does Not Work Correctly

The app cannot let you register for an account or do the quick access process. It does not properly recognize the fields that you enter. Better off calling them for account info as the app is essentially worthless with all the bugs.
