Such a Fiasco!

A misfortune of an app. So Vodafone just simply can’t get a single thing right? Should u guys not have tested the app to be sure it works on all platforms before rolling it out? This so-called app has never worked on iPhone 6 Plus since the update u seem so proud about. You started before mtn but go checkout their app. So disappointed! The app crashes on attempt to open. Gets stuck on a blank white screen
Useless App

Vodafone Ghana has become one of the useless if not the most useless telecommunications network in Ghana right now .. this app won’t work as it’s supposed to and it is next to impossible to reach their customer service these days .. even by the “chat” they recommend ..if your useless developers can’t get apps to work they should stay away from it .. just is a waste of our time..
Useless App

Very disappointing. I receive a text message from Vodafone to download the app, I download and I try to register and it’s not working; after I put in the requested information, and tap register, the app just goes off, I called their call Centre and made a complaint, they claim they have refreshed my number so I should also restart my phone and it will work; but no, same issue. I am just angry I wasted about 20MB to download this app.
You need a big heart to use Vodafone Ghana

I don't know why Vodafone GH keeps advertising that useless Kobe or my Vodafone app. You will need a heart transplant to use anything Vodafone Ghana offers. Nothing works. The app doesn't work on an iPhone, nor can you login to my Vodafone credentials on the website to perform any simple task. Do you only work with rookie engineers or what? Please get at least one thing right. Very disappointed. The call center is the most annoying of all. You are not even given the option to stay on when agents are busy.
