Not a customer focused app

I am not sure what were the designers thinking when developing this Application. It seems it is there to sell more flexes and promote different packages. As a customer I can only see the balance of the app flex. One could do that by sending SMS too so what is the point of the app. To make it useful for customers we should be able to see more detailed results such as the breakdown of the app flex usage etc

The app doesn’t work with me at all, i contacted the call center several times and they advised to erase it then download it again but still doesn’t work!! Any advice?
