Install My M1 app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using My M1 on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "My M1"
- The search will reveal the My M1 app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once My M1 is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including My M1.
- Now enjoy My M1 on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native My M1 Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use My M1,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "My M1" » then Click "Install".
- My M1 will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

App keeps getting worse

This app continues to get worse rather than better. More and more functions cannot complete. As an example today when I try and view the app bill it continually just clocks and nothing is displayed.

Unable to log in

Tried logging in multiple times, changed the app password, but there’s always an error. So 2-star rating is inaccurate because I never managed to use the app at all. Please look into this.
