Download and install the PrompterPal app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using PrompterPal on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "PrompterPal"
The search will reveal the PrompterPal app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once PrompterPal is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including PrompterPal.
Now enjoy PrompterPal on PC.

Using PrompterPal on Mac OS:

How to download and use PrompterPal App on Windows 11

To get PrompterPal on Windows 11, check if there's a native PrompterPal Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing PrompterPal:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "PrompterPal" » Click "Install" to install PrompterPal
- PrompterPal will now be available on your windows start-menu.

I just completed my first video using this app with the iPhone remote app. The app is not as polished as some, but the developer has frequent updates which demonstrates their commitment to this app. I recommend it without reservations.
No Bluetooth Support

App has not been updated to allow Bluetooth support. As such, you cannot use most remotes.

I'm very happy with this teleprompter app. I used it for a corporate client shoot recently and it worked flawlessly. I use a teleprompter kit with two-way glass and iPad holder, so the mirroring feature was needed and worked well. One minor complaint, which is not that big of a deal, but when using the mirror feature the countdown doesn't go into mirror mode. But more positives: The scrolling is very smooth. Scripts can be imported from email. I used a plain text file. Editing scripts in the app is easy. Controls are simple to use and stay hidden until you hit the control button. I even downloaded the remote control app, which is free and works via Bluetooth, and loaded it onto my iPhone. Besides controlling the start and stop on the remote you can also change the scroll speed and scroll to any part of the script if you need to. This app is so well priced and worth buying.

I have been looking for a TelePrompTer app for my iPad for a month. I read all the reviews for many apps. Finally I gave up reading reviews because no matter what I looked at there were always issues. I read what this app offered and took the chance that it would work as it says. I love this app! I am not technologically savvy. I had it up and running in no time! My daughter would tell you that's a miracle! Easy to use, user friendly. I got a remote keyboard paired in seconds. Seconds! Only thing I don't know yet is if I can highlight certain words with color. If I can't, no problem. I'll just use a different font or italicize. Simple, user friendly and fun! And many options available if I want to do more than the minimum! What more can you ask for?!
