To get started, Download the OpenPC software »

UPDATE - Works, but too many steps

A working app for iOS5 is worth 5 stars! I have been using this app for 6 months and rely on it heavily for documenting calls and transferring them to the calendar app. I was sad when after my upgrade to iOS 5, it no longer works as it did before. Please update the app to work with the latest version. I would even be willing to pay an upgrade fee. Original review: I was looking for an app that was similar to the call log + for the blackberry, having recently switched from that platform. This app works for adding calls to the calendar, which is what I was looking for, but the blackberry app I referenced could keep contacts in the outlook categories and selectively log calls based on category. That way work calls could be logged and personal not. Also, this occurred automatically, after the call was complete. I suspect this has more to do with limitations with the iPhone, not keeping categories during sync and the limitation of not allowing background multitasking of apps that are not currently on focus. This is probably the best that can be achieved with those limitations in mind. It works, but there are many steps to take to achieve the goal.

If you have the need to track incoming or outgoing calls with date, time and minutes, this app does that and more At first it seems a little complicated but with use it becomes fairly simple. It does have some GPS features which track phone number locations and alert you when you are close, but have not used them. The documentation is pretty good and the customer support is excellent. Exported reports are CSV format so you can sort etc. The note attachment feature is great. Update June 19 , 2o11 I have been using this app for about 9 months now, and with the new updates, it does everything one could expect. If you need to track your calls, this one does it for you. Support is still tops.

Good tool to connect contacts right to the map, after using it for a while and putting my data in it, I use it a lot tracking my sales leads, adding notes for my phone calls, reminders with fewest taps possible, it searches for a word inside all the notes or in names associated with the phone calls, it has tags by which I can categorize phone calls, it has autocomplete so I can quickly find my previous tags, not to have them duplicated. my friend also has this app and he has put over 45,000 phone calls in it and it’s still blazing fast. reporting screen for filtering your records is very comprehensive and exactly like other Apple screens so I don’t get confused

I use it every day, it’s very useful to keep track of my casual phone calls, exactly as it says in the app description, I don’t have to save every none-sense phone number in my phone’s contact list, it has unlimited storage so I can find some phone calls from years ago. I see so many people don’t bother to read apps description, and buy apps based on their own imaginations , and they are really quick to write a review, and take their frustration on some one else. You should use this app and put your data in it , it is not a like a jack in the box that pops up as soon as you open it.
