Install EyeSeeU - IPCamera Viewer app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using EyeSeeU on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "EyeSeeU"
The search will reveal the EyeSeeU - IPCamera Viewer app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once EyeSeeU is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including EyeSeeU.
Now enjoy EyeSeeU on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use EyeSeeU,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "EyeSeeU" » then Click "Install".
- EyeSeeU - IPCamera Viewer will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Great, simple app that saves me from loading Safari and clicking around on my cheap IP camera website. The setup was simple and it loads quickly. My only reason for lack of 5 stars: I don't like that the app forgets what I was looking at when it closes. I'm hoping they have an update soon that will save the state and restore immediately upon return.

setup was easy, support emailed the additional parameters within an hour. I have bought several of these webcam/IP clients over the last 18 months and this is by far the best for your own IP camera setup. The support forum is in French, but the developer emails in perfect English and is very eager to help and take suggestions. My wife had to buy it after seeing it run on my iPhone. Scaling up in my iPad is decent, the controls are very well place for camera movement. Also works great in landscape mode and there is a handy button to take screen snaps into your photos folder.

I have tried many apps in this category, some of them pricing over 40 usd, that are still limited in the number of cam you can view which is outrageous at this price point. I have to say that Eye See U, has same functionality for a very low price, even including PTZ in app purchase this remains the best value. Only thing I would have liked is automatic command line setup for PTZ camera, but website have all the info required to set it up correctly and tech support is very responsive and helpfull. highly recommended!

App was very easy to set up. i purchased the ptz update and it works flawlessly. I had trouble setting up a older IP camera and emailed tech support at 4 am and had a reply by 6am the same day!!!! i tried their suggestions and could not get it to work the developer offered to work on it if i was willing to grant him access to my camera and within a hour he got back to me with settings that worked. i cant recommend this app highly enough. Super support!
