Install Blurt app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Blurt on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Blurt"
The search will reveal the Blurt app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Blurt is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Blurt.
Now enjoy Blurt on PC.

Excellent app. Suggest further Improvements for the following features:- - enable to output to another apps such as WhatsApp etc. - enable to output as photo, video and gif formats. Looking forward for the updates & thanks.
Can’t load on iPad Air 2

Love this app, especially on my iPhone. Recently upgraded to a friend’s iPad Air 2 and this app won’t reload. Can’t find how to contact developer.
Great Idea, flawed implementation limits usefulness

When I heard about this app, I though what a great idea. But I think 2 changes would make it much more useful. First, have an option to turn off scrolling and fit a short word or name to the screen. You don't need to scroll John or Ben, just fit the name to the screen in the largest font possible. Second, there is too much blank screen (and time) between each pass of the name or words being scrolled. A couple spaces should suffice, and then the screen would never be totally black. You may only have a few seconds to catch someone's attention.
