Software Features and Description

1. BlindWords converts real time camera pictures that contain text into spoken words.

2. It is not perfect but it can help read text for people who cannot see the text.

3. It can read signs in the street and text in a book (using the set voice).

4. There is a pause feature and help text to describe how to use it.

5. Double tapping re-loads new text.

6. Thanks to Apple for creating the Vision framework which underlies the functionality.

7. It can also be used by those with blurred vision who can see pages but not the individual words.

Install BlindWords app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "BlindWords"
The search will reveal the BlindWords app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once BlindWords is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including BlindWords.
Now enjoy BlindWords on PC.
