Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "TD Ameritrade Authenticator"
The search will reveal the TD Ameritrade Authenticator app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once TD Ameritrade Authenticator is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including TD Ameritrade Authenticator.
Now enjoy TD Ameritrade Authenticator on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »

TDAmeritrade needs to implement token based 2FA

TDAmeritrade is using SIM based 2FA which is vulnerable to SIM swaps which happen all the time. They need to allow token based authentication to prevent this. With SIM based 2FA you are at the mercy of the competence of the employees at your wireless carrier for your security!
