Install edelkrone app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using edelkrone on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "edelkrone"
- The search will reveal the edelkrone app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once edelkrone is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including edelkrone.
- Now enjoy edelkrone on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use edelkrone,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "edelkrone" » then Click "Install".
- edelkrone will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Please this app...please please please add automatic firmware updates or at the very least make them optional. Twice now, I have gone to set up a timelapse during sunset only to be hit with THREE firmware updates (one for each module). This is unacceptable in the field. There are times when I’m working from spotty cell phone coverage and I’m just left standing there

Useless

I own the slide module, head plus, laser module and focus module. First the app will not bundle the headplus and slide module. And I already opened a ticket. But since there is phone support and everything is handled online. It’s already very frustrating. I mean this equipment costs a couple of grands. It should work.
Now my other problem is the laser module. The app should have a target option to use the laser. But for some insane reason. There is no target option. How can I target an object with the laser module if there is no target option!!
I opened another ticket... and my first one is not solved yet.
Will update you on the issue if solved.

Nice UI, but can’t connect to multiple devices

This app is very nicely designed and easy to use. Unfortunately, there needs to be some sort of connection setting that allows me to see what devices are being seen by the app. I have the headPlus and the sliderOne Pro. Worked great for a couple of hours, but now I can only connect to either the headPlus or the sliderOne, but not both simultaneously. Tried all of their support steps, but no joy. Hopefully I can get this worked out, otherwise everything is going back.

Works Well Especially When Battery is Charged

Now I see that some on here say they can’t get the app to work properly. I had a problem too.. but all I needed to do was make sure my battery had plenty of juice left.
The app and gear work well together as long as you don’t have low batteries.
They are always on top of their customer service and it’s only fair that they do their best at handling customer support. Not always the fastest but fast enough.
All in all I’m very pleased. I’m a loyal this app customer and look forward to more awesome products in the near furrier.
