アップデートの後から起動しなくなった

かなり愛用していたのですが、最新のアップデート実施の後から起動しなくなりました。開発会社のHPを見てみましたがリリースアプリ一覧に本アプリがなかったため、やむなくこちらに現状を記載させていただきます。症状は正確には一瞬アプリの画面が表示され、すぐに落ちるというものです。アプリの削除・再インストールでも変化なし。また今までMixdataをインストールしたことのない別のiPhone8にもインストールしてみましたが、同様に起動せず。確信はないものの、アップデートによるバグではないかと予想しています。この問題が発生するまでは動画などのオフライン再生に本当にお世話になっていたのでぜひ改善いただけると嬉しく思います。
