Install Legion Solar app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Legion Solar on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Legion Solar"
- The search will reveal the Legion Solar app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Legion Solar is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Legion Solar.
- Now enjoy Legion Solar on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Legion Solar Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Legion Solar,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Legion Solar" » then Click "Install".
- Legion Solar will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Very Scaleable and easy to expand

I started with a small set just to cover my pool pump electric. Then we have an electric vehicle so we added more panels which is very easy to do. We do not need permit as we don’t send anything back to grid but use them internally especially store extra electric in batteries to be used at dark. I like the concept to use batteries as if they are solar panels at night.
Saving energy is a given, but the joy of DIY and the feeling that the sun still shines even at night is very rewarding.

Useless

If I could give 0 there would be more appropriate.
This app is useless. It stalls, freezes and reports very inaccurate info. The set up of microinverters and battery commanders sometimes works or doesn’t work at all. The support reps work only M-F, so if you need something answered on a weekend, good luck!

As of v1.0.4 it is working from my iPhone 7. Saw that v1.0.5 is out now but will wait to try it.
