  • Pretty disappointed

    By misslancaster03 (Pcmac user)

If I’m being honest, I was so excited after hearing people hype the app, that I went ahead and took a jump and purchased the annual subscription. After day one, I’m having major regrets. My biggest complaint is that I cannot see my weekly plan which is making it incredibly frustrating to plan around work and life. The functionality of this app really leaves a lot to be desired. If I “skip” a workout to look ahead to tomorrow/other days, it appears that I can no longer access the workouts that I skip without having to completely restart the program. I’ve reached out to customer support, commented AND messaged on social media pages asking for help and yet to receive a response to clarify the navigation of the site. If you don’t have a life... maybe this app will work for you. But I’m a mom, a full time nurse, a student and I have a life. I can’t even see how many rest days/etc are all planned into my week. It literally appears that you have to take this day by day. I’ll correct the review if this info is wrong once I finally receive a response from technical support. I was really excited to purchase this app and now I’m just frustrated with its lack of functionality. Really can’t recommend at this time. Way over hyped.
  • Great APP!!! 💪🏼

    By Nrod1992 (Pcmac user)

Great work outs. Shows you how to do each work out with how many reps & set !! The community in the app is amazing, very supportive, fun to cheer each other on and see each other progress. My experience only: The only complaint I had about the app is that it didn’t correctly track my work outs. ———On some days I didn’t have much time to work out, for example back day was a longer work out than chest day. I didn’t want to skip a work out so I just went to the next work out and then on days I did time I went back to do that work out. However it wouldn’t track it correctly when it shared it to “my army”—— this isn’t a big deal though because I’m your history, it tracked it correctly. There was only one workout so far that glitched on me, week 10, day 1. It was really weird. It didn’t let me go to the final step (abs) and then it crashed on me and it didn’t record it at all. I didn’t email support, no big deal. ****** Support seems to respond to glitches fast though. The app was crashing in the community section and someone must have reported it because it was fixed within very few days. *******
  • Too expensive, needs improvement

    By Xxxokayemoxxxx (Pcmac user)

Disappointed especially since there has been a lot of hype around Cass Martin and her app. Workouts are okay so far. Pretty traditional bodybuilding split. No way to track how much weight you’re using so you have to keep track elsewhere which is annoying. I also find it tedious to have to click “previous circuit” several times in order to return to the main schedule thy shows all sets for the day - there should be a way to just pivot back and forth if you need to go out of order (ie squat racks taken so you start with abs, you can’t follow along on the app without clicking through each slide of each set/break.) Meal plan is weird too. Each day and meal is different so you’ll be wasting a lot of food, and it makes it extremely difficult to meal prep. Overall, it’s okay. I’ll probably switch from workout/nutrition option to workout to save the money since the “nutrition” is severely lacking, and try to the workouts for another month or so - as of now, it’s too expensive for what it actually offers.
  • I enjoy it, but want my calendar to keep its records

    By Justcheeked (Pcmac user)

I really like the app and it’s features but my calendar keep resetting. I was on week 4 and when the app updated it set me back to week one day one. So I decided to start over since I enjoy the workouts and after one week it started over again. When I open the app I’m on week one day one. It’s frustrating since I want to track and make progress with having to swipe 100 time to get back to my appropriate week.
