What is CROSSBOX?

The CrossBox app is a fitness app designed for CrossFit enthusiasts. It allows users to create a detailed multi-day training cycle with several training units per day. The app offers a growing database of official WODs from the CrossFit community, and users can also create their own WODs. The app also features official instruction videos for each exercise, a detailed log section to track progress, and full HealthKit integration to track heart rate, distance, and burned calories.



Software Features and Description

1. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

2. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

3. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

4. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

5. Activation subscription is available as monthly, 3 month, 6 month or full year period.

Install CROSSBOX - Wod. Lift. Run. app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

  3. Using CROSSBOX on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CROSSBOX"
    • The search will reveal the CROSSBOX - Wod. Lift. Run. app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once CROSSBOX is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CROSSBOX.
    • Now enjoy CROSSBOX on PC.

Pros:

- Easy to use for tracking personal WODs and progress

- Provides access to a variety of WODs

- Quick input of WOD times

- Works with Apple Watch


Cons:

- Limited movements available, requiring users to add custom WODs

- Some movements, such as toes to bar and jumping lunges, are not included

- Paid subscription did not meet user's expectations

- Timer button not available in MyWOD section

    Have to add custom WODs to it and not all of the movements are on the app. Ex.: toes to bar, jumping lunges , etc. I paid for subscription so I expected more. Great concept but not what I was hoping for. Love the fact that it works with my Apple Watch though. It’s the only CrossFit one that works with the watch that I have found so far, but don’t know if I will keep it.

    This is the best Crossfit app I have found. The only thing I would like to see added is a timer button at the top of the MyWOD section.
