1. سمنان هو تطبيق يتيح للعملاء طلب مواعيد خدمات التركيب والصيانة للمنتجات بكل سهولة ودون الحاجة للإتصال ، بمجرد طلب الخدمة عن طريق التطبيق سوف تستقبل إتصالاً هاتفياً من خلال فريق خدمة العملاء لتحديد موعد التركيب أو الصيانة المناسب .

2. 1- طلب الخدمة يستغرق أقل من دقيقة ، ومن ثم سوف تستقبل إتصالاً هاتفياً من خدمة العملاء لتحديد الموعد المناسب لك .

3. يمكن للعميل رفع الشكاوي والإقتراحات من خلال إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى customercare@samnan.com.sa أو من خلال التواصل مع خدمة العملاء عبر الرقم الموحد 920022255 .

4. 5- هذه الخدمة متاحة لجميع عملائنا في المملكة العربية السعودية .

5. 4- يمكنك تحديد موقعك على الخريطة لتسهيل وصول الفني لمنزلك .

6. 2- سوف يقوم بخدمتك طاقم فني خبير ومحترف .

Install SAMNAN app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using SAMNAN on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SAMNAN"
The search will reveal the SAMNAN app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SAMNAN is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SAMNAN.
Now enjoy SAMNAN on PC.
