Select Windows version:

Download and install the RemoteNOW app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using RemoteNOW on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "RemoteNOW"
- The search will reveal the RemoteNOW app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once RemoteNOW is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including RemoteNOW.
- Now enjoy RemoteNOW on PC.

To get RemoteNOW on Windows 11, check if there's a native RemoteNOW Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing RemoteNOW:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "RemoteNOW" » Click "Install" to install RemoteNOW
- RemoteNOW will now be available on your windows start-menu.

✔ Pros:

- The overall design is good and easy to navigate
☹ Cons:
- Screencast feature did not work
- The app caused the TV to lock up a couple of times
- The app does not work on the Hisense H6 Series 4K Ultra HD Smart TV Model # 55H6D
- The app cannot find the TV, even though it is listed as a supported model
- The app does not connect, making it impossible to use the cast feature
- The V-Remote app, which has not been updated in two years, works on the new Hisense 4K Smart TV, but this newer app does not work.

Their V-Remote app works, this doesn’t!

This app does not work on my new Hisense H6 Series 4K Ultra HD Smart TV Model # 55H6D. It can’t find the TV. While that model is not in the list of supported TVs in this app’s description, it did list the 55” H6E. Close but no cigar apparently. 😕
It’s really aggravating because their V-Remote app that I just downloaded does work - and that app hasn’t been updated in two years!
If their old app can work on a new Hisense 4K Smart TV, you think they could make this newer app work. Very disappointing since this app looks like a nice upgrade from the very limited features of the V-Remote.

Worked instantly!

I’ve been looking for my remote to my bedroom for 2 days ! I have a little one so there is no telling where she have took it or where I misplaced it. I looked all over installing and deleting apps that wouldn’t connect to my Hisense 50 smart TV. Until NOW found my tv instantly! And everything worked ! Thank you so much ! Really didn’t want to pay to get another remote ! & connects perfect to iPhone Xmax !

Won’t connect

No matter what I do, it won’t connect. I was hoping to use the cast feature so that I could possibly cast DirecTV Now from my phone since that app is not available for Hisense’s operating system but I can’t even find out if that’d work since, like I said, it won’t connect. The TV is great. This app, however, is not.

The app connected easily to model 49H6E. The setting of favorites is very easy and intuitive. Overall it’s design is good and easy to navigate
With a little refinement, the app will be great.
I have not gotten screencast to work and the use caused the tv to lockup a couple times. Overall this is cool and Hisense is showing they are an up and coming brand.
