- The countdown timer sometimes only works if the app is loaded and on the screen.

- The app has started closing automatically after only one switch is clicked, making it annoying to use.

- There is no support provided by the manufacturer, making it difficult to troubleshoot issues.

Good app with just a few minor issues.

I got a few of the the app connected plugs a few months ago. They have been working very week in general. The app is fairly easy to use. I recently added two more, so now I’m controlling 8 devices with this app. There are a few small issues. The count down timer sometimes seems to only work if the app is loaded and on the screen. Makes it kind of useless. Plus, there is no wait to sort the devices. I’d like to put common ones at the top of the list and rarely used ones at the bottom. But. I can deal with it. I really like the random feature, and the cycle feature to help make it seem like someone is home. Since the lights don’t always turn off and on at the exact same time every day.
App Closing

For some reason the app has started closing automatically after only one switch is clicked. It immediately closes and you have to open it for every switch. More annoying that it probably sounds.
Not user friendly

The ONLY way to turn on the two lamps this is connected to is through the app. Meaning, if my phone is somewhere else in the house, I have to go find it to turn the lights on. What’s the point?
Typo on website was only the beginning

Absolutely no support-none. If you have questions you have to search for this “manufacturers” products sold under different names. 2 of 6 can’t connect. Too bad they don’t care enough to support their “own” products.
